Classes will be offered:

Thursday 5:30 - 6:45

One class a week for $85.00. If you wish to attend 2 classes, we will offer a discount for the second class.


AEROBICS - STEP & WEIGHT TRAINING - Summer 2015

Program combines moderate/high intensity cardio training utilizing a step and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout! Classes will also include abdominal work and relaxation/stretching at the end of each class.

NOTE: Facility has several steps and hand weights available for participants on first come basis. Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for personal use. Ages 16+.

Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30pm) July 13, 2015 through August 26, 2015 at the Chenowith Activity Center. $60 for 7 week session. One day/week is $42.00.

The registration fee for 2015 Fallston Football season is $200.00. This will include new practice and game jersey, size will be determined at weigh-in dates. YOUR child MUST attend one of the weigh-in date to be sized correctly.

Please note that age groups are defaulted to in-house age groups. Travel team age groups will be sorted prior to try-outs.


2015 Fall Middle School Volleyball

Interested in playing competitive volleyball in high school?

This program develops skills in ALL aspects of the game:
Serving, Passing, Setting, Warmups & Conditioning, Blocking, Digging, Hitting, Offensive & Defensive strategy

Mondays and/or Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:30pm Chenowith Center Gym
6 weeks (Sept - Oct), starts first full week after Labor Day

Open to 7th & 8th grade students only (both boys & girls)

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!
(To ensure quality individual attention, limited to 15 players per session)

Note: This is not casual volleyball -- sessions are intended for those players dedicated to playing competitive high school volleyball!

Are you trying out for High School volleyball in the fall (either JV or Varsity)?

Open to rising 9th - 12th grade students (both boys & girls), the 4 day mini-camp provides intense instruction to develop skills in all aspects of the game BEFORE you attend tryouts: Serving, Passing, Setting, Hitting, Blocking, Digging, Conditioning, Offensive & Defensive Strategy.

Get a step ahead of the competition and come ready to play!

Yoga for kid's between the ages of 5-10 years old. Kids will learn breathing techniques, play yoga games, be introduced to basic meditation and relaxation in a safe, non-competitive atmosphere. Your kids will love this!
Kids should wear comfortable clothing and being their own mats and water bottles.

Fall 2015 Youth Yoga ages 11-16

Yoga for kid's between the ages of 11-16 years old. Kids will learn breathing techniques, correct ways to perform yoga poses, play yoga games, be introduced to basic meditation and relaxation in a safe, non-competitive atmosphere. Your kids will love this!

Sports Performance and Speed Summer Camp 2015

7:30am - 9:00am
Ages 8-18 (Broken into age groups.)
A six week Sports Performance Camp
that includes Speed, Strength, Agility,
Flexibility, Balance, Injury Prevention and
Mental Mindset Tips.
-Speed and Explosion!
-Explosive Cutting and Change of Direction
-Improved Reaction Time
-Increased Vertical Leap
-Enhance Specific Skills and Techniques
-Core Strength


Softball Fall 2015

Registration is closed

We welcome girls ages in two divisions 9-10 and 11-16. The program has games on Saturdays and Sundays in September and October. Due to lack of field space, we will not have formal practices. As age groups fill up, they will be closed. Registration ends on July 8.
